Open Question: What to provide as Burden of proof to the judge for income tax consideration on child support?

What exactly clarifies as "Burden of proof" when trying to claim income tax consideration on child support? Or in other words what do I need to bring in order to satisfy it? I do make more money than my ex but, she claims child yearly. Therefore, I have been given the advice to work on deductions. I am working on the tax consideration as well as parenting time adjustment since I have child all summer and therefore, parenting adjustment is easy to figure. Any help would be appreciated.
