Open Question: AP US History Reconstruction and Civil War?

Hi, I have found too many different responses for the following questions and have now become deeply confused!! If anyone knows anything about any of this, and you know it is right, then if you could help me that would be the BOMB!!! 1. What were Lincoln's Johnson's, and Congress for Reconstruction? 2. "Congress, during Reconstruction, tried to upset the system of checks and balances established in the Constitution." Is this statement valid? And what are some examples to strengthen my point? 3. What were the two literary fronts that the Civil War began on in the 1850s? (I know one of them is Uncle Tom's Cabin, I think..) 4. Explain how Bleeding Kansas also spattered blood on the floor of the Senate. 5. In 1856, the north would have probably let the south secede, but not in 1860. What happened? (I think it may have to do with Lincoln taking the presidency) 6. Describe Europe's role in our Civil War. 7. Describe "Proclamation without Emancipation" 8.
