Open Question: Can I reregister a car that doesn't belong to me?

My mother has 2 days to register her car, but she is currently sick, and can't go to the DMV. Can I just go up there and do it for her, or is there some kind of paperwork that needs to be done on her part so I can do it? I'm in Kansas BTW.... Read More »
